Position Overview:

As a Perioperative Nurse  you will be an integral part of a surgical care team, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients throughout their surgical journey. You will have the opportunity to work in modern facilities equipped with advanced technology and collaborate with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for surgery, offering comfort and support.
  • Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures while maintaining a sterile environment.
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and promptly respond to any changes.
  • Administer medications and anesthesia as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver top-notch patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.

Qualifications:

  • Current APHRA
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Certification in perioperative nursing
  • Prior perioperative nursing experience – Minimum of 2 years experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Dedication to patient safety and high-quality care.
