The company

Work for a leading community provider who cater for a range of services including community home care, NDIS, palliative, respite care among others. They are a renowned organisation with compassion and quality of life values at the core of what they do. This role is based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

 

The opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager, this newly created position works as the client representative liaising between services. Working in a full time, permanent capacity, you will be responsible for being the first contact point for new clients requiring services as part of the organisation, you will be the middle person and ensuring the clients are being supported and followed up with and are happy with their experience. The head office is based in the Eastern Suburbs close to local amenities and travel links. You will work closely with a team of Registered Nurses and support team within their head office.

The ideal candidate is someone who is caring, focused and a good team player. Someone who is experienced working across customer service, ideally in a community aged care environment. Someone with excellent communication skills and who wants to grow in a role and make this their own.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in engagement, community development or customer service role, preferably in the Disability and Aged Care industry or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Proficiency in using relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM)
  • Availability to work in Office based in Potts Point, NSW
