Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in care.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care, adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff, promoting a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes, driving initiatives for improved care outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current practicing certificate.
- Proven experience in a senior clinical role, within dementia and/or psychogeriatric care.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and best practice in aged care.
