About the role:
As Unit Charge Sonographer, you will play a crucial part in the “day-to-day” oversight of the department, along with future planning for the service. The successful candidate will work across a multi-disciplinary team for both services (Radiology & Women’s Health.)
- This exciting role is permanent, full time and will consist of both a clinical and administrative component.
- As a valued team member of this service, you will also have the opportunity to undertake regular upskilling and training in subspecialty areas.
- Our client is open to discussing the specifics of these full-time hours, for the right candidate.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Ultrasound or equivalent.
- Current registration with the Medical Radiation Technologists Board of New Zealand. (Or eligibility to obtain this)
- Preferably at least 5 years clinical ultrasound experience.
- Prior leadership experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Proficiency in using ultrasound equipment and related software.
