We’re seeking on behalf of a client, a dedicated Facility Manager for their warm and caring facility in Dunedin Central!

About the Role:
As a Facility Manager, you will provide effective leadership and management to the facility and work collaboratively with residents and staff to ensure quality support and care services are delivered.
Reporting directly to the Owner and Director, you will be responsible for the total management of the facility, including the standard of care being provided, overall staff supervision and human resource management, and management of resources and budgets. This is a truly rewarding opportunity for someone who has extensive experience within a similar management position or seeking the next step in their career within the Aged Care industry..
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the facility’s operations, ensuring quality care and compliance with regulations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and stakeholders.
- Utilise your strong clinical background to support the healthcare needs of residents.
- Oversee audit processes to maintain compliance and high standards.
- Cultivate networks within the local community to enhance resident experiences and support services.
- Effectively manage staff, including rostering and professional development.
- Clinical background required for this role.
