Position: ICU Nurse
Location: Sydney
Full time/permanent
Experience: Minimum 3 years in ICU/critical care nursing
Start Date: Flexible/ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

Providing specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit.
Monitoring and assessing patients’ conditions, administering medications, and implementing treatment plans.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Responding to emergencies and providing life-saving interventions as necessary.
Educating patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent qualification.
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an ICU/Critical care setting.
Advanced clinical skills and knowledge of critical care nursing practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
