Key Responsibilities:

• Manage admission & discharge processes of residents
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families
• Ensure that clinical supplies are managed effectively
• Provide leadership and management to clinical, lifestyle, and allied health staff
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide direct care to residents as and when required
• Promote a high-perfect & innovative workplace culture

Key Requirements:

• Qualification in Nursing
• A current & unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Current & valid First Aid & CPR certifications
• Maintain a current Police Check
• Demonstrated managerial experience in aged care
